Оптимизация численности сотрудников «Роскосмоса» составила в 2019-2021 годах 8,8 процента. Об этом «Ведомостям» рассказал первый заместитель гендиректора госкорпорации Максим Овчинников.

По его словам, сейчас общая численность работников космической отрасли России насчитывает 180 тысяч человек. Это означает, что за три года было сокращено более 17 000 работников — практически каждое десятое рабочее место.

Овчинников объяснил, что в массе сокращение происходило за счет естественных причин — выхода на пенсию и увольнения по собственному желанию в связи с переходом на новую работу. При этом основная часть сокращений пришлась на не связанные с производством позиции и коснулась обслуживающих и обеспечивающих служб. «Это связано с оптимизацией производственных процессов, передачей части функций на аутсорсинг, а также с реализацией непрофильных активов», — указал он.

Ранее президент Владимир Путин потребовал от «Роскосмоса» отчитаться о ряде космических программ. Путину не понравилось, как руководство госкорпорации занималось поставленными задачами. По словам президента, «Роскосмосу» было поручено подготовить ряд новых программ, которые направлены на разработку ракет комплекса сверхтяжелого класса и создание космической группировки в рамках проекта «Сфера». «Однако, как я вижу, представленная информация указывает, что настоящие программы до настоящего времени не утверждены», — заметил Путин.

Президент потребовал быстрее решить эти вопросы, а также остался недоволен темпами уточнения бюджета в госкорпорации. «Сделать эту работу нужно в самое ближайшее время, в том числе оперативно определиться с необходимыми объемами бюджетных ассигнований на эти программы», — заявил Путин. Кроме того, глава государства напомнил организации о необходимости сформировать согласованную позицию по вопросу финансирования космической программы на 2016-2025 годы.
