Cook Peter Pakhomov said that the meat for cooking shish kebab can not be marinated in a couple of hours. About the frequent mistake when frying this dish, he said in a comment to the TV channel "360".
According to the cook, the meat is absolutely not marinated in such a short time. He also noticed that frost doesn't kill the bacteria on the meat. Pakhomov called the main goal of proper cooking to prevent bacteria from developing strongly.
"Any meat already has bacteria on it. While the whole piece, the bacteria is only on top. Once cut, each piece will be, relatively speaking, sprinkled with these bacteria, " explained Pakhomov.
The cook noted that he considered the best way to use a marinade with onions and salt, as well as to keep the meat before frying for longer than a couple of hours. He urged to be careful about marinades made from yoghurts, ketchups and other ingredients that contain a lot of sugar.
Earlier, a clinical psychologist-nutritionist, a member of the union of the national Association of clinical Nutrition Anna Ivashkevich advised to eat no more than 200-300 grams of meat at a time, so that the body can properly digest the shish kebab.
