Инициативная группа "Чистая Урдома", участники которой два года боролись со строительством полигона для московского мусора на станции Шиес Архангельской области, объявили о завершении протеста. Такое решение принято "в связи с успешным исходом борьбы народа" против свалки, "продолжающимся сносом и вывозом материалов полигона, а также в целях наведения порядка на территории Шиеса", говорится в заявлении активистов во "ВКонтакте".

Протестующие признали проект экотехнопарка "Шиес" закрытым, а снос полигона - необратимым. В связи с этим гражданская вахта по борьбе со стройкой завершается, препятствовать рекультивации территории активисты не будут. Деятельность активистов из палаточного лагеря, вышедших по собственному желанию из межрегиональной коалиции "Стоп-Шиес", признается не имеющей отношения к борьбе против полигона.

"Данная деятельность осуществляется ими под их личную ответственность", - говорится в сообщении "Чистой Урдомы". Этих активистов призовут не мешать рекультивации Шиеса и бережно относиться к "народному имуществу" в лагере. Инициативная группа также призывает ООО "Технопарк" и его подрядные организации сохранить саженцы деревьев возле палаточного лагеря.

Активисты "Чистой Урдомы" намерены продолжить работу в группе по мониторингу рекультивации территории. Они также выразили "искреннюю благодарность защитникам Шиеса, гражданским активистам, общественным движениям и всем, кто помог спасти Шиес от экологической катастрофы".

8 января полиция потребовала убрать палаточный лагерь на Шиесе в течение трех дней. Активистка Анна Шекалова сообщила изданию "7х7", что палатки уберут только после того, как "Технопарк" вывезет все свое имущество с территории а и проведет рекультивацию в соответствии с планом. Она напомнила обещание губернатора Архангельской области Александра Цыбульского, что лагерь останется на месте до завершения работ.

"Без документов о рекультивации лагерь не передвинется ни на сантиметр. Удивительное совпадение: ультиматум появляется сразу после постов о нарушениях подрядчиков и заявлений в полицию от активистов по данным нарушениям", - говорится в группе "Вести с Шиеса".

Полигон для московского мусора на станции Шиес начали строить в 2018 году. Его площадь должна была составить 300 гектаров - в 15 раз больше скандально известного полигона "Ядрово" под Волоколамском, на который жаловались президенту России Владимиру Путину.

Обустройство полигона в Шиесе спровоцировало массовые протесты не только в Архангельской области, но и в других регионах. На фоне митингов губернатор Архангельской области Игорь Орлов, поддерживавший строительство полигона, ушел в отставку. Новый губернатор Александр Цыбульский выступил против свалки.

В январе 2020 года областной арбитражный суд постановил снести незаконные постройки на станции. Компании "Технопарк" не удалось оспорить это решение. В июне 2020 года правительство Архангельской области исключило полигон из списка приоритетных инвестиционных проектов. В октябре "Технопарк" заявил о прекращении строительства и пообещал рекультивировать территорию к лету 2021 года.
