The main topic of the talks to be held between the Russian authorities and US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland will be relations between Moscow and Washington. A senior American diplomat flew to Moscow on Monday. She will stay in the capital from October 11 to 13. During the trip, she will, in particular, meet with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
