The new sanctions of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against the DPRK should affect the cybersphere. This opinion was expressed by the permanent Representative of France to the UN, Nicolas de Riviere, writes TASS.
He justified the need to take these measures by saying that North Korea "finds ways to finance its weapons program." Nicolas de Riviere explained that the cyber sphere allows Pyongyang not only to access information, but also remains a source of income for Pyongyang.
On March 24, the DPRK launched a long-range ballistic missile towards the Sea of Japan. This is the twelfth incident since the beginning of 2022.
