not to the point of becoming a problem. Have had minor headaches and flushing but nothing major I can find it difficult to organism as I mentioned above but again its just being patient. My relationship is fantastic now and I feel like a proper man again. As I didn't before. Don't want to have to use this forever though but will continue to use this for a few months. Can be a little frustrating
