The Russian Embassy in Belarus responded with a provocative hashtag to the statement of Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielus Landsbergis, who announced the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the country, but later deleted the tweet. This is reported in the Telegram channel RT.
"Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania have decided to show solidarity with the Czech Republic and expel two employees of the Russian Embassy for their activities incompatible with their diplomatic status," Landsbergis wrote.
It is alleged that the embassy account reposted the recording and commented on it with the hashtag #SmallDickEnergy, which literally means "energy of a small member". Internet users resort to this expression in cases when someone baselessly demonstrates self-confidence. According to the Telegram channel, the post was later deleted, but a screenshot of this post has already appeared on the network.
Earlier, Czech Foreign Minister Jakub Kulganek in his Twitter account thanked the Baltic countries for their solidarity towards Russia. According to Kulganek, the Baltic countries have always been" very close friends " of the Czech Republic, and by showing solidarity with the Czech side, they confirmed this.
On April 23, the Baltic states decided to expel several Russian diplomats. Estonia has said that the diplomatic act is linked to an explosion at a Czech ammunition depot in 2014, the organization of which is suspected of Russian special services. Latvia and Lithuania explained that the employees of the Russian embassy "carried out activities incompatible with their diplomatic status."
The Czech Republic has accused Russia of involvement in an explosion at an ammunition depot in 2014 in Vrbetice. 18 diplomats were expelled from the country, whom Prague suspects of working for the special services. Moscow responded by declaring 20 employees of the Czech Embassy persona non grata. Later it became known that Russia and the Czech Republic will equalize the number of employees in the embassies.
