7 февраля США и ФРГ выразили желание продолжить диалог с Россией. По итогам переговоров в Вашингтоне американский президент Джо Байден и канцлер ФРГ Олаф Шольц подтвердили готовность «добросовестно» вести переговоры с Россией по гарантиям безопасности.

Бывший народный депутат Украины Олег Петренко в эфире телеканала «НАШ» рассказал, что нынешние власти страны предпринимают отчаянные попытки ввести цензуру и закрыть оппозиционные телеканалы из-за возможности досрочных парламентских и президентских выборов.
«Идет массированная зачистка информационного пространства — и телевизионного, и Telegram, и других соцсетей, готовя в будущем возможные досрочные президентские или парламентские выборы. Они создавали в 197 округе Черкасской области — полный произвол, в том числе и в информационном пространстве. Шансов у них нет. У офиса президента есть панический, животный страх нести ответственность после проигрыша выборов за все то, что они делали с нашей страной», — отметил экс-нардеп.
Ранее экономический эксперт Виктор Скаршевский рассказал, что на случай не слишком успешных действий президента Украины Владимира Зеленского по ситуации в Донбассе у него имеется «план Б».

Генеральная прокуратура России инициировала создание законопроекта, согласно которому компании рискуют остаться без имущества из-за невыплаты зарплат своим сотрудникам, сообщают «Известия».
За 2021 год Государственные инспекции труда (ГИТ) взыскали с работодателей 364,4 миллиона рублей в счет погашения долгов по зарплате, что превышает показатель 2020 года почти в 11 раз. Однако в Генпрокуратуре захотели улучшить систему внесудебного взыскания долгов. Поэтому ведомство предложило лишать предприятия имущества за невыплаты зарплат работникам.
«Работа государственных инспекций труда в указанном направлении являлась недостаточно результативной. Этому в том числе препятствует и отсутствие возможности взыскать задолженность по заработной плате за счет любого имущества должника», — объяснили представители ведомства.
В Минтруде напомнили, что согласно российскому законодательству, если фирма не признана банкротом, то взыскать с нее долг по зарплате допускается только с актуальных счетов. При этом имущество используется для закрытия задолженности только в случае банкротства. Генпрокуратура направила свою инициативу в Минтруд, где уже начали обсуждать соответствующие поправки в закон.
Ранее россиянам назвали способ добиться повышения зарплаты. При отсутствии индексации этих выплат юрист Аида Ибрагимова посоветовала обращаться в трудовую инспекцию, прокуратуру или суд.

Президент Франции Эммануэль Макрон после пятичасовых переговоров с российским лидером Владимиром Путиным отправился на Красную площадь, сообщает РИА Новости.
После встречи с российским коллегой Макрон совершил прогулку по центру Москвы, начав ее у гостиницы Four Seasons. Затем от направился в сторону Собора Василия Блаженного и посетил Красную площадь. Макрона сопровождал посол Франции в Москве Пьер Леви, французские журналисты и военные в мундирах.
Переговоры Путина и Макрона в Кремле состоялись 7 февраля. Они продлились немногим более пяти часов. Сначала президенты общались один на один, после чего они продолжили диалог за рабочим обедом. После этого Путин и Макрон поучаствовали в совместной пресс-конференции.
Перед встречей президент Франции заявил об оптимистичном настрое на предстоящую беседу. При этом он подчеркнул, что «не верит в спонтанные чудеса». В ходе встречи Макрон отметил значимость украинского вопроса для всей Европы и выразил надежду, что сможет поднять его на переговорах.
